1. Copyrights and Ownership

The intellectual and industrial property rights or usage license rights of the commercial logo, brand, name, domain name, and other elements on the website energy@ypenerji.com.tr (“Website”), unless otherwise stated, belong to YP Enerji Anonim Şirketi (“YP Enerji”). Users do not have the right to use or dispose of these elements and content unless specifically stated otherwise in these terms.

2. User License

YP Enerji grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and modifiable usage license limited to personal use of the site software to benefit from the Website. This license does not include any other intellectual and industrial property rights and does not grant the User any additional financial rights or licenses.

The User is responsible for any user content sent, transmitted, created, or displayed on the Website and for any actions and operations related to this content (including indemnification for damages incurred by YP Enerji and third parties).

The User agrees and undertakes not to collect any data from the Website or other user accounts, and not to access the database of the Website. It is prohibited for Users to collect, record, process, and/or use, copy, reproduce the personal data of other users or third parties via the Website database; or to access user information without authorization.
